Why are you wearing sneakers with your nice shirt and pants? Were you pulling some kind of psy-ops on them, making them think that's how people on the outside dress?

One of my best friends had a pretty similar tumor a few years ago, he was only 25 so it was pretty shocking, I can only imagine how bad it must be when you're even younger. Best wishes!

I think one question that might be pretty useful for everyone to hear would be how did you discover you had a problem? My friend didn't find out until the tumor was so large that he simply collapsed. Was it similar for you?
