I wish it were that simple. For people like us, it's a lot harder than just diet and exercise. It's a whole mental overhaul. We literally have to change just about everything about the way we think, feel, and do.

Sure it's easy for a fit person or someone who is even overweight to say, "all you gotta do is eat right and exercise." For people that are obese, it's on a whole new level. It's taken me years to finally get out of the mental state I was in.

Dude you and I have the same first name. And it's spelled exactly the same.

My question is, do you really feel like a Devon?
