Thank you for expressing our frustration so eloquently.

Not just a parasite but an immoral one. Targeting students and gouging them for money when they're trying to become contributing members of society. Plus doing so with what is essentially a legal monopoly or just a really oppressive oligopoly.

But they don't teach that part in their textbooks. Or maybe they don't read their own chapters on ethics. Perhaps they should move that to chapter one, then sell that "new" edition.

Let's hope for the future of North America as a whole that your breakthroughs are as promising as they sound and not just smoke in the wind.

This response dodges the question I feel. Instead of "this will change soon" answer this:

"Why is that MHE charges very high prices for textbooks in the past and currently?"

I don't want to hear what you might do in the near or maybe far future to change this.

I want to know why MHE does this now and in the past and how they justify it.
