The ruling is out and the zoo is losing their endangered animals. Are there any measures being implemented to help prevent the zoo from acquiring more endangered animals to neglect once they've faded from the spotlight?

This "30 Second Animal Law" video is over a minute long. Even accounting for intro and outtro times it's still sits at 41 seconds. Who do I e-mail about this? I'm plan to use all of my available resources to get to the very bottom of this tragedy and right this wrong.
