What is the best way to protect your rights during a DUI checkpoint, due to "DUI exceptions" to the constitution? If you were to be unaware that your constitutional rights do not apply, and refuse their tests under those circumstances, how should someone dig themselves out of that hole? Also, what are your feelings about such exception circumventing those rights?
