I hope this is a serious concern since at the moment its really sad that the only person in the Boston area that opens bars is Patrick Lyons

Whats the best small smoker a person can buy? I live in a small apartment in Boston but have a little backyard that I could put one in.

Do you plan on expanding bar hours past 2:30? I know you started a program allowing bars in the Seaport to be open until 2:30 but if the bars have to be open until 3:30 there is no reason for them to stay open at the moment past 2:30 if that's when then stop serving drinks.
