You should listen to feedback that finds fault is what you think your brand to be. Particularly when it comes to the issue of trust in a food product.
Even if it wasn’t a food product, when you have to defend the WHY of your brand to your potential consumers, it is proof you have made a poor choice.

I should have mentioned that the sole reason that humans have color vision is to determine the quality of the food we choose to eat. Using black/white photography means the viewer won’t be able to determine quality of your food. Something that I presume you want when market a new food replacement category.

She paid her editor very little for "assistance" over a year. She got the quality she paid for. I know people who spent that amount just to create a kick-ass resume.
Her writing reflects her experience. It is also important thus is aimed at younger kids so simpler, casual style language and repetition isn't as bad. She'll get better, learn how to use a thesaurus (better), and hopefully her next book won't have a portal in it. At least not in every other sentence.
