Ocean warming, acidification, sea-level rise, and the expansion of oxygen minimum zones will continue to have distinct impacts on marine communities and ecosystems, how can the fishing industry make strides to reduce their carbon footprint?

There is plenty already on the agenda for the Climate Change Conference, but the oceans are closely tied to human systems and we’re putting communities at high risk. What are the chances we will see real conversations around fisheries and the impact of bycatch and a lack of overall efficiency and enforcement?
