I try to avoid food label non GMO because I don't want to support the spread of misinformation.

My brother's kidneys were damaged by a tumor he had and it's possible they could get worse over time and he'll need a transplant someday (we're in our 20s so there's a lot of time to see how it'll shake out). Is there anything you recommend doing before or after donation? Can you think of any ways your life changed?
