Identical twin was your first thought, not that he was faking it?

I salute you then. I saw further down you talked about not getting anything on a case because the person didn't show themselves, have you ever had reason to believe a person wasn't faking it? Like with something horrible such as falling off of a wheelchair ramp or not moving out of harms way because of a disability. Does such a thing happen often?
