Thanks so much for doing this.
My anxiety manifests mainly as constant intrusive or negative thoughts. I started meditation but I could swear it was just making me more and more aware of the intrusive thoughts, ultimately leading to a constant “checking in” to see how I was feeling (which I think to anxious people, checking in is just looking for more anxiety).
My question is this, have you heard of meditation not being for some people who have certain troubles with anxiety? I can’t make up my mind if it’s helping or exacerbating my anxiety.

Man, what a blow to you guys. Has anyone talked about “rescheduling” St. Patty’s day out there? Maybe the city could do it in the summer (assuming this whole thing has blown over by then) and make a big thing out of it.

Capt. Plumb, thank you for your service. Vietnam veterans are a very special breed. Possibly some of the most self-aware, introspective and humble people I’ve ever met.
