I want to go for walks, but that requires being in public.

Many people who are over weight have fears that people will make fun of them for exercising in public or going to the gym. It does happen on occasion. But here is the deal. It's a catch-22. If you don't get out of the house, you will never get in shape to the point that people won't make fun of you. And while you are out getting exercise, you are actually doing something about it. So screw the haters and just do it anyway.

Edit - At your weight, running is really really bad for your knees. Stick to low impact exercises for now like walking. You can buff up your game to higher impact exercise once you lose the weight.

In all of my years of running, I have only had one person make fun of me. A couple of years later I ran into him again playing drummer in the band. I didn't exactly turn the other cheek. I figured if it was OK for him to heckle me while running, it was OK for me to heckle about how much the drummer sucks.

Make sure you check the expiration date before you try to use it. It may have gone bad.

He has done a fair number of endurance stunts where I might be concerned about this health. And if Randi, a magician was concerned about Blaines safety, then it would appear that Randi doesn't think some parts of Blaine's acts are safe to perform.
