Couldn't agree more, this applies even moreso to any other children you have. Your children may never forgive you if you weren't honest.

Good to hear you have someone who cares for you as much as it sounds like she does. Cherish her! I had cancer as a young child, 8 years old, fortunately chemo + operation + chemo sorted it out, so I know some of your pain... I wish you well :)

What's your happiest memory from your life so far?

Thinking positively, if you pull through, do you have things that you really want to do post-chemo / post-cancer?
