Your assumption behind this question seems to be wrong. According to The Serial Killer Database compiled at Radford University and Florida Gulf Coast University, whites are underrepresented and blacks are significantly overrepresented among serial killers in the US, when measured against population numbers (ie per capita).

the persons interpretation of his environment.

Seems to me the "psych" would be a secondary effect, not a primary factor, because wouldn't the person's interpretation also ultimately come from genes and environment?

Is this really the orthodox position among psychologists now?

civil rights are very important to us

You front yourself as a liberal and libertarian party, focusing on individuals' right to control their own lives. (Which is the reason I voted for you in a previous election.) But, to what degree do you actually adhere to this, and work to get rid of all the anachronistic laws against victimless "crimes"?:

  • Decriminalization of drugs (great!), but not legalization (groan). Why? Is the long-term plan to legalize? Which drugs -- just the softer ones, or all drugs?

  • Gambling. Why should the State decide how I want to spend my money? Why should it be a crime to meet some friends for a game of poker? Why can't you at least get the State monopoly "Norsk Tipping" to open state-driven casinos -- like they have been doing with success in many other European states, including Sweden?

  • Prostitution is at least partly a crime in Norway. If a consenting adult decides he or she wants to swap sex for money, why should this be disallowed? That doesn't make any sense, from a liberal view.

  • Several fight sports are now disallowed in Norway. If two consenting adults wants to fight each other, with no chance of others getting hurt in the process, why shouldn't they be allowed to?

  • Punishing blasphemy. Seriously, could Venstre please put their support behind getting rid of laws against thought-crimes? It's downright embarrassing that this is still a crime according to Norwegian law, in 2013.

I read your short-version party program (the "flyer"-style one you pass out on stands etc) before the previous election, and I was severly disappointed -- that was the most cowardly thing I've ever seen from a political party. You mentioned absolutely no "hot-button" issues. The program could seriously have been the program for any of the Norwegian political parties (from SV to FrP!), only the word "Venstre" scattered throughout the text hinted that it was yours.

With such a tiny voter base, why not be more bold, take some chances and see if you can get more young, liberal people to start voting for you? It's not like you have a lot to lose, given your current standing in Norwegian politics.
