But that lower tax rate can't be due to not having free healthcare surely, since the US gov spends more tax $ per capita on healthcare than for example the UK, where it is then provided free.

If there was such a thing, a chip burger would be chips (chunky fries to the US people?) in a bread bun.

To me if it's in a bun and not sliced bread/baguette/panini or something then it's a burger (Southern England).
