The improvement for me was purely cosmetic. I'm glad I had it done, as the cosmetics definitely would have hurt the personal life!

It has been 16 years. Had it done before high school. I don't remember what it was like to have the concave chest, but I didn't view it as anything special in the first place. It was still my chest.

I had this surgery done 16 years ago. No reversion has taken place. Unlike OP, I do not have Marfan's.

Also not OP. I had my bar out summer before high school. My athleticism and breathing did not see any benefits as a result of nuss.

I get terrible chronic sinus infections and have several times each year throughout my life. What can I do to reduce my risk of getting them again? Is there any amazing research out there that can render me immune to sinus infections?
