Do you still have your bus driver Dave?

Moving to Arizona has pushed me to the point of apathy due to the perception (and personal experience) that Democrats can't really change much here. What would you say to convince me that we can, or that it's worth more of my time and consideration? Voting is a given but I'd really like to see the conversation change here, phoenix city council just asked us to stop feeding homeless, because it just encourages them. How are you going to fight things like this?
