how do you get things like 'health care' and other perks that are provided in a standard job?

not sure if you'll still reply, but after finishing the udemy course, i still feel like a complete beginner, although your course did teach me a lot more than i originally knew (which was nothing). advice for next steps? perhaps another udemy course? i much prefer video classes as opposed to reading.
