Probably something like “this dude has a wife and family who loves him and he’s killing himself with fucking heroin? He’ll just rack up bills and go back to drugs and be dead in a year.” Lots of medical workers in my family and they have real resentment for people who are ill because of obviously bad lifestyle choices.
