The American defence budget for the war is 3 trillion dollars. So much of which goes to private defence contractors for security, construction, supply and armorments. Yes there is a shit ton of oil there and destabilisation in the middle east is a god send for the oil companies, but tax payers paying for wars to be fought to private enterprise, why now, thats just smart business.
