I see where you're coming from, and that does make sense. It just seems that everyone working outside in the public sector is always wearing a neon tank top. It's just a bit... grotty. I don't know.

I have to say, there are few things that make you stand out more than being kitted out head to toe in the groovy, older uniform, with all the shiny bits.
