I'm also an indie game developer. My question to you is; what's your stance on piracy?

I am an independent games developer and I don't mind, and in fact enjoy and almost encourage piracy of my games. I believe that piracy can lead the way to better sales and greater enjoyment of my products.

I didn't use to think this way, and I was converted by a friend of mine who explained to me how piracy can be good, so this leads on to my question...

In your opinion, what do you think we could all do, as a society, as a planet, to show the media, the record companies, the games publishers etc. that piracy is a thing, a good thing, and by pursuing people like TPB they are actually damaging their own reputation?
