What is NLP in this context??

Riiiight. I was confused about that because NLP in my world means Natural Language Processing, and is a computer science research topic. I came across this version of it recently, in an ad for some shitty seminar thing offering to teach NLP for a fee.

What are you getting at? I only know that as cognitive behavioural therapy, and AFAIK its a legitimate thing?
