What do you think of the Kurds in Syria? (sorry?)

May i ask why they don't identify as Kurds anymore?

Not OP, but I visit Iraq every year since my parents come from Slêmanî, KRG. I have seen a couple of Chinese restaurants. But we mostly have traditional Kurdish restaurants with Kurdish food. We also have A LOT of American fast food chains/ restaurants that sell western food (such as hamburgers, fried chicken like KFC, pizza, pasta, hot dogs and so on).
