Are all knots pretty much the same? Do you have any tips on how to address/avoid them? You mentioned many clients are in the Navy so I assume they've got all kinds of knots. Ha.. sorry.. Serious questions though

How do you find your clients? How does a small company get custom boxes made? Is it mostly machinery doing the work and minimal human input? What are the supplies you need to run a box factory? What format are they in? What's something cool about box factories a normal person wouldn't know about? Thanks you don't have to answer all.
