What have you been doing to cut the weight loss? I'm in a similar situation. I was about 250, 5'11". I started doing weightlifting in the cutting phase and actually increased my caloric intake to about 2500 calories a day. I'm down about 40 pounds in 4 months. Just curious what your system is. Good to hear you're losing it though! :)
