As I understand it, the lawsuit was tossed on jurisdictional grounds, which does not preclude the airline bringing a new suit in a correct jurisdiction. How much of a concern is this, and what are your plans for dealing with this danger?

I'm mobile, so this might not work, but here's the damage-control thread Twitch's CEO did for that. Note that it included a Twitch admin using mod powers on reddit to remove threads about it here. Huge mess for a few days until they ultimately did fire Horror.
