I'm really sorry.

I'm 42, three kids. I think about this often and wonder how I'd react if I found out. I think most people do, so I assume at some stage you must have. Are you able to put into words what it felt like to find out, and were there symptoms or was this a random discovery?

I'm sorry. Thanks for answering. I don't know if you're much of a reader but there was a journalist in the UK that got cancer and died from it who wrote a book https://www.amazon.com/Because-Cowards-Get-Cancer-Hypochondriac/dp/0812931777 and among other things I remember him saying how much he hated people saying he was "battling it" as if there was something he could do and was choosing not to.
