Do people who create IEDs become more creative as time goes on (adapting the bombs they make to make them harder to defuse)?

If so, do you have training to update you on "current events" for the bomb squad profession, or are you for the most part left to improvise (for lack of a better word) your tactics on the spot?

From your perspective, what is the worst, most damaging, interpersonal issue in Detroit (i.e. drug trade, murder, prostitution)?

Not sure if this is even a different question, but what is the most fucked up thing you see on a regular basis?

As a manager in the valuation field, do you feel that the IRS actively takes advantage of the certain level of subjectivity inherent in tax valuations? Said another way, will the IRS tell its valuation experts to push valuations in the IRS favor in order to increase tax revenue (when the taxpayer's own third party valuation, while likely taxpayer friendly, could be legitimately supported)?

What part of your profession is more damaging to the public, the intentional ignoring of moral standards or real ignorance of specifics and ultimate impact behind actions being taken (like in The Big Short)?
