Do you think that disruptions to the fertilizer and grain markets due to the Russian-Ukrainian war will be a cause of global food scarcity?

I'm curious, how did you come to terms with your predicament. I imagine that at the beginning you were filled with rage and resentment, but as the reality of your situation set in how did you cope? Is there anything in particular you turned to (prayer, meditation, workout, etc?) to keep yourself going during those long years?
