Is this an alternative proof that USDA guidelines are incorrect, and drastically overestimate the amount of nutrition needed to survive? It would seem like the vast majority of the world is not eating enough to meet the guidelines, yet are living their entire lives with at least some quality of life. For example, life expectancy has been risen by about 20 years since the middle of the last century.

For the love of God why do separate sheets share the same Ctrl+Z stack.
