My boss and previous bosses have done this but still have been shitty leaders. It’s like a classic page out of “how to be a good leader” textbook.

People see right through it when these “nice actions” are not genuine and makes you look even worse as a leader.

Serious question: Was it loud or was there any sort of sound? In movies and test clips, all we see are bright flash and the woosh.
