Hey guys! Question for Travis: as a guy that really loved your solo stuff, do you think the critical backlash against it was simply the result of critics being butthurt about the Plan's breakup? That's my personal theory, at least.

I saw you play a tiny show in Gainesville, FL after Travistan came out, and the energy was great. Different than seeing the Plan live, but great in its own way.

Florida lawyer here, so this might not be true in all states, but many States classify them into DUI Misdemeanors (first DUI; drunk but didn't hit anything/anyone) and DUI Felonies (multiple DUI convictions; drunk and caused physical damage or bodily injury). This doesn't include things like DUI Manslaughter, either. For a first-time DUI in Florida, for example, a judge can sentence a person for up to six months of jail time, but aggravating factors like blowing over a 0.15 or having a minor in the car can bump it up to nine months. Most first time offenders, however, don't end up serving any jail time.
