Those systems that track beers poured etc. can fuck you over especially when it comes to ale where you may find that you're staff are selling 10 pints less than they should be in a barrel but really the beer was lively or it went quicker due to more sediment in the barrel etc. that's why with the exceptions of chain bars or pubs you rarely see POS machines in British/Irish pubs.
