They had some other guy doing a few Woodhouse lines during some episodes but I recall seeing something where either Adam Reed or one of the actors said after the original voice actor died, they felt it wouldn't be very cool of them to have someone else step in.

He's from Worcester and did a bunch of comedy with David Cross related Boston groups back in the day. I can't find it for some reason but there's an audio interview where he talks about his first "job" and how he was paired up with someone from Worcester Penitentiary that had day release. They went around and the guy basically stole copper wiring and H Jon had no clue what was going on. If someone can find it, they should link it. It's pretty hilarious.

EDIT: I found it. The hosts are ehh but the story is funny.
