Is having a second corrective vision surgery advisable?

Context: Underwent RK ten years ago and my vision has degenerated over the years back to being near-sighted and having difficulty night driving.

Can you please share your thoughts on the permanence of telehealth as a mental health treatment modality going forward and what obstacles you see ahead?
