Eh. There is one down the block from my house, it's pretty nice. Go through on the way home and grab a 6 pack. You drive home from the liquor store with the shit anyway, you just don't get out of the car. Obviously they aren't serving actual drinks though

One search of the word "data" through this AMA yields 0 results.

How does this therapy stack up against other "conventional" therapies in terms of results, as evidenced by data?

What is this therapy for? Does it yield better results vs baseline for those diagnoses?

Master Practitioner of Clinical Counseling needs 5 years of counseling, as well as 1250 hours total. Quest Institute states via there Master Practitioner Prospectus that their coursework lasts 8 months, but does not list any supervised hours. Did you have specific supervision after taking coursework or were you then able to start practicing?

Looking through the Prospectus, it seems like much of the information given on how the therapy works is "letting the patient become their own therapist". If that's the case, why is there specific coursework? It seems as though there could be a manual printed and distributed to patients to bypass the therapist.

I don't think the ones they are using are toroidal, at least when compared visually. The ones from the video that were shown where like y-shaped, which was surprising because I was expecting the toroidal shape when they were discussing the quiet propellers.

Granted, this is assuming the props show in the video are the same as the ones in use. It was something about not necessarily trying to minimize the noise and reduce vortices, but putting the vortices in close enough...proximity? that they overlap and reducing the amplitude of the sound so that it's more of a static noise.

I'm absolutely not a scientist though and I'm sure I butchered the verbiage in explaining that. I also could just be totally wrong.

Have you guys looked into different fabrics? I know a lot of ASD kids have sensory stuff, obviously you guys do as well. However, some don't like certain fabrics or textures. Do you do anything with different materials?

Also, my whole family and GF work with ASD clients. Do you have partnerships with any clinics to provide products for the clients they see? Residential settings especially could use these blankets to great effect for certain clients.

Master Practitioner is 8 months via Quest Institute Prospectus.

That isn't any better though.
