So I watched the movie last night. What a great looking film! Especially considering it's budget. You all are crazy talented!

So I'm just curious, was the film drawn frame-by-frame? Or were you manipulating pre-built Flash "puppets"? Or a combo of both?

That's awesome. Who says hand-drawn animation is dead, right? To me it looks like it's alive and kicking in movies like these.

One more question, did you all animate mostly on ones for this? Or did you do a combination of ones and twos as is the usual for hand-drawn animation?

Since I usually deal with doing computer animation (both in 3D and 2D software like Flash and Toon Boom), I'm animating on ones all the time. I must confess I've rarely had to animate on twos but the few times I have, the animation definitely has a different "feel" to it that I really like.

Keep it up guys. You all are totally revolutionizing the way animated movies are made and distributed. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Have you guys thought about maybe doing a presentation on making a Kickstarter funded film and setting up a booth at the CTN Animation Expo in Burbank this November?

I go every year (for anyone who's wondering... IT'S A BLAST!!) and would LOVE to see you do something... just saying ;-)
