Canadian here, its entirely up to the person to feel the stigma. Personally its stigma to me in the sense my parents tried their hardest to hide porn from me growing up. Of course I found it when I was 11. Also, it could be because people don't agree with the porn industry, they riddle my browser with bad adverts too.
