If you HAD to put numbers to it, what percentage of poker is skill and what percentage is luck?

Hello. Love this AMA so far.

I have a strong interest in playing and dealing cards. Have since I was a kid. How much does dealing become a grind as opposed to something you don't mind doing? I haven't hit that point yet dealing in home games.
