I was thinking more along the lines of an auto notification in the app when you are creating your order. "your selected store is particularly busy at this time and wait times may exceed [whatever]. Do you wish to continue your order, cancel your order or select a different store? Note that selecting a different store may affect your delivery options." No pressure on anyone for anything that way. If someone selects continue, then they are agreeing that a longer wait time is okay. Maybe they could even add something like "see wait times at different stores in my area" like some emergency rooms have.

Because I totally get that places are understaffed, managers AND customers are jerks and corporates have unrealistic expectations for everyone.

Definitely. I wish they could let me know it's going to run late so I could just cook instead.

This is the longest part of the order.

Some reasons I have known people to quit and/or avoid therapy are:
1. bad therapist when they already have self esteem issues. (think: "I'll never put myself in a position for that to happen again.")
2. thinking it will cause them to lose or negatively impact their job. For instance, government workers or soldiers with security clearances.
3. thinking that seeing a therapist means 'you are broken'. especially if someone else recommends it, or it is a child being taken by an adult. Then it's 'someone else thinks I am broken'.

My grandmother had colon cancer, but they treated her with radiation therapy. So maybe a different sort of cancer. I appreciate you doing this; as we were never allowed to talk to her about it but I'm supposed to be "alert for symptoms". So my question now is; Did you have to change your diet? Oh. And what happens if you get a stomach bug? Will it mess up things if you vomit?
