We do! We even sell it online. We just put out a honey sauce. I've also got a couple of ideas that are off the BBQ path, things like Asian pepper and Sriracha sweet, a nice kind of hot and sweet mixture.

Well the bones is where the flavor is. The marrow in the bone is what makes the flavor in the meat, that's what gives the ribs and the baby back rib burger that good flavor. When you're done cooking, the bones are just dried out cracklin. So we just pull them out and compost them. We don't know where it ends up, someone just picks it up to be honest.
