My son is 5 and has been going a little over a year. He loves it and the program is for 3-5. He's now in the 5-6 class. It's oriented to the fundamentals with basic technique's like making a fist, strikes, fitness, knees etc. his new class is a little more developed though. If you're around Denver Colorado check it out. Edit: spelling
