Excuse my ignorance but I'm from the other side of the globe and I don't imagine that there was a huge variety of fresh fruit and vegetables in remote parts of Alaska. As a doctor how did you recommend that people eat to have a balanced diet? I imagine that some rural people would laugh at you if told to eat multiple servings of fresh fruit and vegetables each day.

Publicity people take note : this is a bad way to answer questions on a text based website

People like this are a huge problem. As laymen we can't argue with them because honestly we also only know "what we read on the Internet" or we can't keep up the energy and unable to argue with them "at length" as you say. In my entirely unprofessional opinion I think that the best thing you can do is get a real medical professional who has a matching amount of experience and good credentials to come and speak to your group. I'm not saying to arrange a debate, just to have a separate presentation to present the other side,.

I am currently reading a biography of Joseph Massino and for several chapters I have been wondering:

How has technology changed the way the Mafia guys operate? I imagine that due to the number of surveillance cameras everywhere these days, you can't just walk into a store and beat the crap out of the guy behind the counter without leaving your face on a dozen cameras.

Also, the birth of cell phones must have caused a major change in the way the Mafia operate. Do you have any examples of the early days of that?

Thanks!
