Long story short, I opened the door to a larger black male with red eyes (kinda like why you cry a lot, or are on something). He had shotgun shells wrapped around his waist and when I told him it wasn't me banging on his door he grabbed his pistol grip short barrel shotgun off the 2nd level banister and walked off in search of somebody. Heard between 10-15 shots infront of the apartment. Not saying I would have done anything at that moment, but if he would have come back and busted down my door (like he did the apartment above) I could have been prepared to stand my ground. It's just unfortunate things like this happen..

I hate to bring it up, but have you ever thought of getting a concealed carry permit? I had a similiar situation when I was in school that makes me want to get one.
