actually I should be more specific processed white sugar is bad and not part of a healthy diet. Same with Corn Syrup.

Well, you should be more specific, but I'd still stick with what I said. Sugar is not bad in moderation, white or corn syrup or otherwise. Raw and unprocessed "might" be better than white and processed sugar, but it doesn't mean they are bad IF and WHEN taken in moderation. I'd gladly drink one cup of corn syrup if I'm nearing hypoglycemic coma.

I totally get what you are saying but the rabbit hole goes so much deeper than just saying people need sugar.

I actually think there is no rabbit hole. People need sugar, it's as simple as that. Sure there are better sources, but like what I've been saying, if taken in moderation, even the less ideal corn syrup will NOT BE BAD for you.

For the sake of asking a question, what is your favorite food and which food gave you the best energy-burst you've ever felt? (I really have no questions, I just wanna thank you for stepping up and letting us know of your condition. If it weren't for you, I would not have known about the disease. )

Sugar is not bad in moderation, it is actually a vital part of our diet. I don't think going sugar-free is gonna help him there.
