What was like working with Nintendo on Fire Emblem Awakening? Were there any specific requirements on what you and couldn't do with the character designs?

What's the decision process like behind selecting regional outlets to join the TGA's Voting Jury? It feels weird to me there's only 4 Japanese game outlets on the Voting Jury compared the 33 American/British organizations, despite Japan being one of the largest and most influential video game markets out there. Judging from the past few years of awards, it feels like niche Western titles have a significantly higher chance of being recognized versus niche games from other regions like Japan, resulting in some snubs in a lot of people's eyes (e.g. Ace Combat 7 not being nominated for best OST this year).
