yes, but mars has little, it would have to be terraformed for humans to live on it without living in domes.

So is there any country planned to be established there or is it going to be a colony or what? Also Investing in a NASA machine that removes carbon dioxide from the air and produces oxygen would be great, not having to worry about a big suit. Adding fluorocarbons to the atmosphere would help make the planet warm. after all it is a chilly -58 degrees Fahrenheit on mars

That's what I was trying to say actually. Make it similar to Earth like in the picture shown, keep that technology. But i'm not saying go back to the stone age. It would be best to forget a lot of stuff from Earth after Mars is well set up for life. We'll still need means of communicating back and forth and transit between Earth and mars of course, unless the new residents want to cut that off after mars is made habitable.

Why would you never want to come back to earth? leaving behind everything for a new life where you have to have oxygen to go outside?
