Living in the Pacific North West of WA state, we don't have a lot of sun in certain areas; like my front and back yard. When is a good time to plans seed? And what are the best percentage of grasses to purchase for our area? I think I planted too late last year and hardly anything survived the winter. Also, the ground is pretty hard, should I lay topsoil? Thanks in advance!!!
