So the climate report of the 70's was indeed a myth correct? Flawed. Yet it was accepted as true. Based on what? consensus? Agenda? How do we know that the models and supercomputers of today are not equally flawed?

yes all DICOM images have PHI. I'm not sure of exactly how the images are sent, other than the telerad through PACS.
